These terms apply to use of the Adanola website. They are website-use terms only. They do not replace the separate quotation, scope, price, cancellation information or other terms agreed for bathroom, tiling or plumbing work.
1. Business identity
This website is operated by ADANOLAPLUMBINGANDHEATING LTD, a private limited company registered in Scotland under company number SC891323, trading as Adanola Plumbing & Heating.
Registered office: 31 Hilton Road, Milngavie, Glasgow, Scotland, G62 7DN. The company is not VAT registered.
2. Website purpose
The website provides information about bathroom installation, tiling and general plumbing services, examples of previous work, service areas and ways to contact the business.
Submitting a quotation request does not by itself create a customer contract or guarantee availability, price or a start date. Any work is subject to separate agreement between the customer and the business.
3. Using the website
You must not deliberately misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
4. Website information and availability
Reasonable care is taken when preparing website content, but the suitability, scope, materials, price, timing and availability of a particular job are confirmed separately during the quotation process. Website content may be changed, suspended or unavailable from time to time.
5. Project photography
Photographs show examples of previous work. Properties, layouts, materials, site conditions and customer requirements differ, so an image does not promise an identical result on another project.
6. Intellectual property
The website design, copy, branding, photographs and other content may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to the business or other rights holders. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to website visitors. Rights and uses permitted by law are unaffected.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including Web3Forms for quotation submissions. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy arrangements.
8. Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these website terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, and nothing in these terms affects a consumer's statutory rights.
9. Customer contracts and cancellation information
The website does not itself conclude a contract for building, bathroom, tiling or plumbing work. Where work is subsequently agreed, the business is responsible for providing the applicable quotation, scope, payment terms, pre-contract information and any cancellation information required for that transaction.

11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated when the website changes. They should be reviewed before the site starts accepting online bookings, deposits, payments or contractual acceptance.
